To the woman behind every role,
As women, it is easy to become so devoted to the people and responsibilities we carry that we slowly lose sight of ourselves.
We become the wife, the mother, the professional, the caregiver, the problem-solver, and the one everyone depends on. Somewhere between meeting deadlines, managing schedules, caring for our families, and showing up for others, our own desires can quietly move to the bottom of the list.
I know this feeling well.
This season is a reminder that tending to yourself does not mean neglecting the people you love. It means remembering that you are still a woman with dreams, interests, gifts, and desires beyond the roles you hold.
Take a quiet moment this weekend to reconnect with something that makes you feel like you, whether that be "the old version of you" or "the version to hope to become". Revisit an old passion, make space for a new dream, wear something that makes you feel beautiful, plan an experience that excites you, or simply spend time listening to your own thoughts.
You are allowed to care deeply for others without disappearing from your own life.
